  1. What is meREWARDS?

    meREWARDS is Mediacorp's award-winning rewards programme with exciting member perks such as cashback, promos and coupons, and awesome lifestyle content!
    - Earn cashback when you dine, travel and shop
    - Savour 1-for-1 dining offers at restaurants, cafes and bars around Singapore
    - Access attractive promos and coupons from our partners
    - More surprises and delights curated just for you

    How do I become a member?

    It's simple! Sign up or sign in with meCONNECT on our website or app, and you are on your way to enjoying fabulous deals! Remember to update all the fields in your profile, so we can serve you with more personalised rewards according to your preference.

  2. How do I update my profile?

    Click on My Profile at the top right hand corner of the homepage on the desktop. Fill in all fields to help us get to know you better.
    Kindly note that if you login by your social media account, you will not be able to edit your profile information."

    My current email is no longer in use. Can I change my email address?

    The system does not allow a change of email address. Here’s what you can do:
    1. Request for a payout (if you have at least Singapore Dollars $10.00) in your Redeemable Cashback account.
    2. Create a new meREWARDS account using your new email address.

    Is my Cashback transferable?

    Your Cashback is non-transferable, but you can encourage your family and friends to sign up for an account to enjoy our perks too!

    How do I view my past transactions?

    Your Cashback activities will be displayed under the Cashback page, and purchases will be displayed under the Transactions page under My Profile.

  3. What is Cashback?

    Enjoy greater savings when you shop with us! Cashback lets you get a percentage of your money spent in the form of real cash.

    How do I earn Cashback?

    1. Look through our list of partners under the categories Food, Travel and Shop.
    2. See something you fancy? Make a transaction by clicking on your preferred brand.
    3. Receive a percentage (as stated under the Terms & Conditions) of your money back.
    4. Look for your transaction under your Cashback page in your Profile.
    5. Request for a payout once you have accumulated at least Singapore Dollars $10.00 in your Redeemable Cashback account.
    6. This money goes directly into the specified bank account you requested during payout (so do ensure that the details are accurate!).

    How long does it take for the cash to be paid out?

    Once you have requested for a payout, please give us up to 14 working days to process the payment.

    What are the payout requirements?

    1. Minimum payout is Singapore Dollars $10.00.
    2.Only Redeemable Cashback can be paid out.
    3. Maximum payout is Singapore Dollars $300.00.
    4. Maximum 1 payout a day.
    5. Payouts can only be made to a local bank account in Singapore Dollars.

    How do I know if my Cashback is tracked?

    Once you have made a transaction that qualifies for Cashback, you will see the Cashback reflected in your Pending Cashback account up to 7 working days later. For flights, hotels, and restaurants under Book a Table, the transaction will be take up to 120 days to be confirmed (depending on the individual partner terms and conditions) once your booking has been successfully completed (after you have completed your trip, hotel stay and table reservation).

    Is there an expiry date for Cashback?

    Your Redeemable Cashback will expire if, for a continuous period of more than 460 days, you have not made any transaction that earns you Cashback.
    Upon expiry, your full amount in Redeemable Cashback account will be forfeited.

    Why didn’t I get my Cashback?

    Here are a few reasons we can think of:
    1. Your transaction does not qualify for Cashback. Please read through the terms and conditions under each listing to ensure how your Cashback will be awarded.
    2. You did not enable cookies.
    3. You did not make your transaction from the last link from meREWARDS.
    4. You may have just transacted recently. Please wait up to 7 working days for the Cashback to be reflected in your account.
    5. You have made a cancellation, return or exchange of your order.

    Who do I talk to if I received the wrong Cashback amount?

    Do contact us at tellme@merewards.sg with proof of purchase, and amount of cashback received.

    Is the Cashback transferable?

    Your Cashback is non-transferable, but you can encourage your family and friends to sign up for an account to enjoy our perks too!
    If you have further questions, please contact us at tellme@merewards.sg and we will get back to you within three working days.

    Will my Cashback get forfeited?

    Please note that the maximum amount of Redeemable Cashback is $999. Any and all Cashback earned once you have reached this maximum amount will be forfeited. Before your Redeemable Cashback reaches this limit, we may send you email reminders. Nonetheless, it remains your sole responsibility to ensure that your Redeemable Cashback does not exceeed $999.

  4. What is 1-for-1 Dining?

    1-for-1 Dining lets you enjoy amazing savings with exclusive 1-for-1 dining offers at participating restaurants in Singapore.

    Is 1-for-1 Dining free?

    Yes it is, there is currently no membership or subscription fee for 1-for-1 Dining. Simply pay your bill as reflected in your receipt at the reestaurant during your visit.

    How do I enjoy the offers?

    1. Open your meREWARDS app.
    2. Go to Categories > Food > 1-for-1 Dining.
    3. Search the restaurant name, or filter from Cuisine, Ambience, Location, Price.
    4. Choose your dining offer.
    5. Show app to restaurant staff before placing your order, or before making payment.
    6. Upon verification, restaurant staff will key in a merchant code.
    7. Enjoy your 1-for-1 offer!

    What are the terms like?

    1. You may enjoy up to three 1-for-1 dining offers for every restaurant.
    2. Each offer can only be redeemed once.
    3. 1-for-1 Dining is governed by the above and Feast General Terms and Conditions.

    Are the offers transferable?

    They are non-transferable, but you can encourage your family and friends to sign up for an account to enjoy our perks too!

  5. What is Book A Table?

    Book A Table is our table reservation feature partnered with Quandoo that lets you reserve your seat at restaurants, and earn cashback.

    How do I use Book A Table?

    1. Sign up for or log into your meREWARDS account.
    2. Go to Categories > Food > Book A Table.
    3. Search the restaurant name, or filter from Cuisine, Price, Rating.
    4. Select your desired restaurant.
    5. Make your booking to enjoy cashback.
    6. Enjoy your meal!

    Will I still receive Cashback if I have to cancel a reservation?

    No, you won't. Cashback will only be awarded upon successful and completed reservations.

  6. What is Travel?

    Travel lets you search for the best flight and hotel deals through our partners, and earn cashback.

    How do I use Travel?

    1. Sign up for or log into your meREWARDS account.
    2. Go to Categories > Travel > Hotels or Flights.
    3. For Hotels:
    (a) Enter your destination, check-in and check-out dates, as well as the number of guests per room.
    (b) Click on search once all the necessary information has been provided.
    (c) You will be redirected to HotelsCombined.com with the relevant search results. Select your hotel of choice, and the best price of the hotel will be displayed.
    (d) Complete your booking. Enjoy your stay when the day comes!
    4. For Flights:
    (a) Enter your destination, as well as your travel dates.
    (b) Click the search button once all the necessary information has been provided.
    (c) You will be redirected to Kiwi.com with the relevant search results. Select your flight/s of choice.
    (d) Complete your booking. Enjoy your flight when the day comes!

  7. What is Shop?

    Shop lets you search for the best deals on meREWARDS and make purchases that earn you cashback.

    How do I use Shop?

    1. Sign up for or log into your meREWARDS account.
    2. Go to Categories > Shop.
    3. Start Shopping:
    (a) Search the brand name using free text or by browsing through the different categories. You can also sort by alphabetical order or cashback amount.
    (b) Click on the brand you would like to browse or purchase from.
    (c) Click on 'Buy now' and you will be redirected to the brand's site.
    (d) Select the item of your choice, and make your purchase!

  8. What are coupons?

    Coupons are perks that we have curated just for you! From direct discounts to recreational activities and fashion and beauty brands, there is something for everyone.

    Are coupons free?

    Yes. Simply sign in to enjoy the direct discounts listed.

    Where can I find the coupons?

    Tap on the "Coupons" tab on the navigation bar at the bottom of the app, or click on the "Coupons" icon at the top right hand corner of the homepage on the desktop.

    I am trying to redeem a coupon, why does it say that I have reached the "maximum number of redemptions"?

    Coupons may be limited in some way. For example, a coupon may be limited to one redemption per user, or there may only be a fixed amount of redemptions available. But keep checking back, we may renew them or provide new coupons!

    How do I use the coupons?

    Two ways:
    For offline partners, you will have to go to the meREWARDS app, open the listing, tap on "Tap to redeem", and staff to key in a merchant code, to enjoy the discount at the store/ venue itself.
    For online purchases, key in the promo code stated after you have clicked on ""Get Coupon Code"" before making your purchase.

    Are coupons transferable?

    They are non-transferable, but you can encourage your family and friends to sign up for an account to enjoy our perks too!

  9. Can I get a refund after I have made a purchase?

    All purchases are final, and there are strictly no refunds or exchanges allowed.

    Do I need a paypal account?

    Besides PayPal, we also accept payment via credit or debit cards. Please enter your credit/debit card card details if you do not have a PayPal account.

    I am not sure if my payment went through. Help!

  10. What is Make A Wish?

    Make A Wish lets you get closer to your favouite Mediacorp artistes! Whether it's a note for your birthday or an autographed photo, put in your request and we will try our best to make your wish come true!

    Is there a list of artistes I can choose from?

    You may choose from any of the artistes or personalities under Mediacorp. See the list at https://www.mediacorp.sg/en/your-mediacorp/our-artistes

    How long will my wish take to be fulfilled?

    It depends on the artistes' availability and schedules. We will follow up with the respective managers on your behalf from time to time.

    How many autographs and/or notes can I request for?

    We will entertain only one request per artiste. Do note that the time taken for your request to be fulfilled will vary depending on the artiste's availability.

    What happens if my artiste is not available?

    You may choose another artiste or personality from the website mentioned above. Do let us know via tellme@merewards.sg if your request does not go through.

    Can I request for meet-ups with the celebrities?

    Wishes for one-on-one or face-to-face meetings will not be granted.

    Where can I collect my wishes?

    You can pick them up at the Mediacorp campus once you receive an email confirmation from us.

  11. What is Send A Love?

    Send A Love is a programme that allows you request for your favourite tunes and pen dedications to your friends on radio.

    Is there a list of radio shows or DJs I can choose from?

    You may refer to Categories > Redeem > Send A love for a list of shows.

    Can I make as many dedications as I want?

    Only one slot per user per week is available per radio station on a first-come-first-served basis.

    Can I make a dedication in advance?

    Yes you may. You can book from two weeks ahead, up to two months before the scheduled date.

  12. Why is my meREWARDS app not working?

    Try reinstalling the app, sign out and sign in again, or alternate between wifi and mobile data.

    I have been charged incorrectly. What do I do next?

    Contact us at tellme@merewards.sg. If the transaction took place on a third-party site, you will need to email them directly.

    What is the Wishlist used for?

    The Wishlist is a place for you to save the items you were eyeing. Each transaction is not confirmed until you check out and make the necessary payment (if any). As these items are not reserved, don't wait too long to check out, as popular items with limited quantity may run out of stock very quickly, even if you have them in your Wishlist.

    Why can't I download the meREWARDS app?

    The meREWARDS app requires iOS 9 or Android 7.0, or later. Try downloading again after you have updated your mobile operating system.
