Foot reflexology is an alternative medical practice involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet. This is done using thumb, finger, and hand massage techniques with the use of oil or lotion. Pressure applied to the foot brings relaxation and healing to the corresponding area of the body which helps to decrease stress and anxiety and lower blood pressure.

Our massage therapist will come to you and set up a spa station with massage bed, essential oils and towels. Warm ginger tea will be served after your pampering session.
