Monki Taiwan, established in 2017 at Holland Drive, started as a café and evolved into a Taiwanese restaurant. Monki offer authentic Taiwanese food, featuring dishes that set us apart with lesser known local specialties. Being from Taichung, their menu includes home-cooked meals that they enjoyed growing up while they aim to cater to both Singaporean and Taiwanese palates. 

Each region in Taiwan has unique flavours, and Monki encourage everyone to try different styles of Taiwanese food with an open mind. They use imported Taiwanese ingredients for authenticity, with many items made from scratch. Monki Taiwan Snowflake Shaved Ice and imported drinks and snacks deliver a genuine taste of Taiwan, while their dynamic menu keeps Monki exciting for their customers.

Food Information
 • “Just Braised Pork Rice” and “Just Mee Sua” are smaller portion versions of our Signature Braised Pork Rice and Signature Mee Sua. These promotional portions are intended for customers to try and experience Monki's recommended dishes, and may also be suitable for those with a smaller appetite.

 • Customers who wish to upgrade portions, modify items, or add toppings/sides may do so at additional cost. Please approach our staff should you require clarification or assistance before ordering.
 • Add-ons, side changes, and upgrades are not included in the 1-for-1 promotion and will be charged separately.
 • Free item must be of equal or lower value than the paid item.
 • All 1-for-1 offers are subject to availability.

Ordering & Redemption
 • You must be a merewards member before enjoying the 1-for-1 Dining offers.
 • Maximum of one (1) redemption per member/account per visit unless otherwise stated.
 • To redeem an offer, please open the merewards App and proceed to the Food (1-for-1 Dining) section. Select the offer you wish to redeem and present it to the restaurant representative before payment.
 • Restaurant representative must be present during redemption.
 • A four-digit restaurant code is required to validate the redemption and may only be keyed in by authorised staff.
 • Valid for dine-in only.
 • Splitting of bills is not allowed.
 • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, vouchers, promotions, or privileges unless otherwise stated.

Fair Usage & Conduct
 • Promotions are intended for genuine personal use only.
 • Creation of multiple accounts to repeatedly redeem the same promotion may be deemed misuse or abuse of the platform.
 • The restaurant reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, suspend, or invalidate any redemption deemed suspicious, duplicate, irregular, fraudulent, or abusive.
 • Repeated misuse of promotional offers may result in disqualification from future promotions.
 • Customers are encouraged to review the promotion details, photos, portion descriptions, and applicable terms before redemption.
 • If there is any uncertainty regarding portion sizes, upgrades, or promotion mechanics, please approach our staff for clarification before ordering.
 • We kindly request that all customers interact respectfully with staff and communicate feedback fairly and constructively.
 • Abuse, harassment, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or redemption.

Operating Hours & Validity
 • Valid daily except on the eve of Public Holidays, Public Holidays, and selected special occasions including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day.
 • Last orders are at 8:30PM from Mondays to Thursdays and Sundays. (Subject to operational capacity availability)
 • Last orders are at 9:00PM on Fridays and Saturdays. (Subject to operational capacity availability)
 • Promotion is valid until 31 December 2026.

General Terms
 • Offers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
 • Replacement or extension of expired offers will not be permitted.
 • Restaurant management reserves the right to request verification where necessary.
 • While every effort is made to ensure prices and information are accurate, errors may occasionally occur.
 • Restaurant management reserves the right to clarify inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete claims regarding promotions, products, or service experiences.
