About the Property Welcome to your cozy retreat in Seoul! Our apartment, nestled in a peaceful residential area, offers an authentic Korean living experience. It comes fully equipped with all essentials, including kitchenware, laundry facilities, toiletries, and extra blankets and towels to ensure your stay is as comfortable as home. As is common with many Korean residential areas, our apartment is located along some uphill road. To make your stay more convenient, we happy to assist in arranging a taxi directly to the apartment entrance at any time. Convenience stores and cafés are within 50 meters for your daily needs. Prime Location & Convenience Located in Jung-gu, the vibrant heart of Seoul, our apartment is the perfect base for exploring the city's top attractions, including Myeong-dong, Dongdaemun, Namsan Tower, Gyeongbokgung, Gwangjang Market, Insadong, and Hanok Village. For group travelers, taxi fares to most destinations are comparable to public transportation, ensuring convenience and comfort. Subway: Line 3, Dongguk Univ. Station or Yaksu Station Airport Bus: 6702 with direct service to Incheon International Airport Host & Guidelines As your host, Zoe is always ready to assist you in English, Korean, or Chinese. Feel free to reach out for any help or local travel tips. A guide to using the apartment and nearby attractions is available on-site to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. To ensure a pleasant and safe environment, we kindly request adherence to house rules, including quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, no parties, no smoking and no external guests.

•  Flight ticket must be issued without any refund and Hotel stay must be successfully completed for cashback to be approved.

•  Please allow up to 120 days after your completed Flight or Hotel stay for cashback to become redeemable.

•  Cashback is calculated based on your Flight and Hotel booking and excludes taxes, surcharges, service taxes, booking fees, oil fees, coupons, Trip coins and any other costs associated with your booking.

•  Cashback is not applicable for both Infant and Children flight tickets, as well as Mainland China Domestic flight.

•  Returns, exchanges, booking date changes, cancellations and gift card purchases will not be awarded with any cashback.
