Room Description This simple and welcoming room is popular with both solo travelers and small groups. On the first floor, guests can enjoy a shared lounge with a kitchen. A microwave oven and vending machines are also available in the common area. Just a 3-minute walk from Sugamo Station! The area around the station is very convenient, with numerous shops including convenience stores, supermarkets, drugstores, cafés, and restaurants. Air Conditioning To balance environmental sustainability and guest comfort, our property uses a centralized air conditioning system that is managed for the entire building. Please note that individual room temperature adjustment is not available, and comfort levels may vary from person to person. Guests who are sensitive to temperature are encouraged to bring items such as a portable fan or warm sleepwear. Check-in & Check-out Our property utilizes a self-service electronic check-in and check-out system via a tablet located at the entrance. Instructions for using the tablet will be provided after your reservation is confirmed. Please follow the procedures outlined in the Check-in Guide sent to you before arrival. Disposal of Large Items Please note that we cannot dispose of bulky items such as suitcases, strollers, or other oversized waste. We kindly ask guests not to leave such items behind when checking out.

•  Flight ticket must be issued without any refund and Hotel stay must be successfully completed for cashback to be approved.

•  Please allow up to 120 days after your completed Flight or Hotel stay for cashback to become redeemable.

•  Cashback is calculated based on your Flight and Hotel booking and excludes taxes, surcharges, service taxes, booking fees, oil fees, coupons, Trip coins and any other costs associated with your booking.

•  Cashback is not applicable for both Infant and Children flight tickets, as well as Mainland China Domestic flight.

•  Returns, exchanges, booking date changes, cancellations and gift card purchases will not be awarded with any cashback.

Please note that if you have been browsing on other sites (such as price comparison sites, deals and coupons sites), your cashback might not be tracked by merewards.
