This cafe/restaurant/bar first gained internet fame for its floral and pastel-themed interior and IG-worthy spots are in abundance here. The Asian-Western fusion eatery has recently revamped itself to feature a dual-menu and dual-atmosphere concept. The flowers and pastel hues are still there, with the difference setting in at dusk - which explains its name.

Step in during daytime and the first thing you will notice is the beautiful interior featuring various pastel hues. The marble tables and comfy chairs added to the chic vibes of the cafe. You can also find separate sections for an ice cream cart and a bar for those after-work shots.
In addition, there are also plenty of power outlets scattered around the cafe - we spotted power outlets at almost every table. WiFi is also free to use, making this place ideal for those looking to complete some work away from office. It helps that the walls, adorned either with flowers or aesthetically-pleasing decorations make for a pretty background for those work calls!
Ice-cream solves everything indeed
Come 6pm each day, the cafe transforms into a sophisticated and cosy restaurant. Curtains are drawn and table lamps placed on each table, exuding an intimate ambience. There is even a projector to beam cartoons (on mute) onto the wall.

The lighting is not the only thing that is changed. The dawn menu makes way for the dusk menu, with mains and alcoholic beverages taking centre-stage.

1. Kreamy Mushroom Fusilli ($16)
The cream base is infused with white wine and garlic, and together with the generous serving of button mushrooms, gave this dish a nutty and earthy flavour profile with a rich aroma.

2. Seafood Marinara Tagliatelle ($17)
Fresh and sweet tiger prawns, mussels, clams, and squid are simmered in their freshly made tomato sauce before finishing with parsley and Grana Padano, a type of cheese originating from Italy that is similar to Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.

3. Drinks ($6.50)
Knock Knock: Dawn & Dusk has a wide variety of drinks available on their menu - canned drinks, coffee, tea, beer, cider, wine, soju, okay you get the drift. The 1-for-1 meREWARDS deal however, applies only to their handmade drinks, namely the White Peach Lychee Fizz ($6.50), Mixed Berry Iced Tea ($6.50), Pink Lychee Lemonade ($5.50), Cucumber Lemonade ($5.50), and Canned Drinks ($4).

We count a whopping total of 17 different items on their dessert menu. From decadent classics like the Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake ($10), Chocolate Truffle Cake ($10), to mille crepes like the Red Velvet Mille Crepe ($10), Belgian Chocolate Mille Crepe ($10), and French Vanilla Mille Crepe ($10), this is definitely not your run-of-the-mill dessert place (pun intended). There is even an Ondeh-Ondeh Tiramisu ($12) and Crispy Banana Fritters with Ice Cream ($9)!
