Sun’s out and the best way to bask in Singapore’s equatorial heat is to be at the beach. Look no further than AJ’s Beach Bar & Dining located at Sentosa! Let your hair down at this beachfront bistro. Crack a cold beer in a beachside setting while munching on delicious tapas, with a live DJ spinning groovy beats. On their menu, we can’t rave enough about their Truffle Fries, the portion is generous and the parmesan garnishes had us fighting for the last piece. The Seafood Linguine, served with al dente pasta and fresh seafood was delish and their burgers are equally satisfying too!

It is alcohol o’clock no matter the time of the day, and the bar’s in-house cocktails are a must-try. Uniquely named after their bungy dives, order Fruit Bat (a mixture of strawberry, passion fruit, and Cuban rum), Swan Dive (a combination of lychee, blackberries and vodka) and Water Touch (pineapple, nutmeg, milk, aniseed, rum and brandy).
