There is never a better time to head outdoors and enjoy the fresh air than the present moment. Gardens by the Bay, a favourite among Singaporeans for its expansive outdoor gardens and the wide diversity of flora and fauna, is bringing not one, but two new free attractions to Singaporeans.
1. Active Garden - A People's Garden
The spanking new Active Garden is set in a lush, waterfront garden, located near the start of the wide pathway connecting Marina Bay Sands to Marina Barrage.
There is something for everyone in the family to do here at Active Garden. Children will love the Musical Playground where they can unleash their inner Mozarts on the gigantic percussion instruments, xylophone and even a drum set!

Grandma and grandpa will love the Communal Garden, where they will get to be near some 50 kinds of edible plants, ranging from herbs and vegetables to fruit trees. Hear them reminisce about the olden days when they used to grow these plants on their own instead of buying them from the market.
