This clever concoction of lychees, raspberries and rose is the ideal Valentine’s Day gift for that special someone. Perfectly balanced, Sweet and Smokey Taffy takes the cake for being one of the best Salted Caramel Cheesecake in town. Its cookie base is made from crunchy OREO biscuits, topped with sinful cream cheese, wrapped in a blanket of sea salt toffee for maximum satisfaction. They say an apple a day keeps the doctor away, and we couldn’t agree more, especially with Apple of My Eye. One of their signature Asian influenced cheesecakes, Gula Me Gusta, is a Pandan Gula Melaka cheesecake that closely resembles an Ondeh-Ondeh dessert (a local Singaporean dessert).
