SingapoRediscovers Vouchers: Where and How You Can Spend on Staycation, Attractions and Tours

Are you yearning for a holiday? While travelling abroad seems impossible in 2020, how about play tourist in your own city? From 1 December 2020 till 31 December 2021, you can redeem the $100 SingapoRediscovers vouchers from five online booking partners - Klook, Changi Travel Services, Trip.com, GlobalTix and Traveloka. Time to start planning and take full advantage of these vouchers, applicable for Hotels, Attractions and Tours.

Here are 6 important things you should know about the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers:

• Who are eligible for the vouchers and where can I use them at?
All Singaporeans aged 18 and above only, Permanent Residents are not eligible. You can use the vouchers on Staycation, Attractions and Tours! Start rediscovering Singapore now and check out our curated travel guide below.  

• How will I get these vouchers and when can I start using them?
They will be credited via SingPass and will come in $10 denominations. You can start using them from 1 December 2020 till 30 June 2021.

• How can I redeem the vouchers?
In just 4 simple steps!

Step 1: Choose your products by browsing STB’s authorized booking partners’ websites.
Step 2: Login using SingPass and when you’re ready to pay, click on ‘Use digital SingapoRediscovers Vouchers’ at the checkout page.
Step 3: Activate child or youth subsidies by declaring the details of your family members aged 18 or below to be eligible for $10 subsidies.
- Step 4: Use the generated voucher code and checkout by selecting the amount of digital SingapoRediscovers vouchers to redeem, copy the code and paste it at the checkout page to use.

• Will my children receive the vouchers?
Only Singapore citizens aged 18 and above as of 2020, will get the $100 digital SingapoRediscovers vouchers. However, if you have at least one family member under 18, they are eligible to enjoy a $10 discount for up to six child or youth tickets.

• Can the vouchers be stacked and combined?
No, they cannot be stacked or combined with other SingapoRediscovers vouchers to buy the same product.

• Where can I go if I need more help redeeming the vouchers?
There are 69 physical counters available islandwide if you need any assistance. There will be at least one redemption point in each public housing. Please call your nearest Community Centres (CCs) to enquire if they can assist before heading down.
